Return and Refund Policy

At GALLENFASHION.COM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, you can return your items in accordance with the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the products to us.

Free Returns

All packages shipped by GALLENFASHION.COM contain a pre-filled return label.

Returns are completely free. Simply:

- Place the items back in their original packaging, if possible.

- Stick the return label provided in your package.

- Drop off the package at the drop-off point indicated by the carrier.

No return fees will be charged to you.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

Returned items must:

- be in new condition;

- not have been worn, washed, or damaged;

- be returned with their original tags, if present;

- be accompanied by all possible accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or proper functioning.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with applicable law, certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

- personalized products or products made to customer specifications;

- unsealed items that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection when their seal has been removed after delivery.

Refund

Upon receipt of your return, our teams will proceed with its verification.

If the return complies with these conditions, the refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the package, via the same payment method used during the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

In case of a partial return, only the amount corresponding to the returned items will be refunded.

Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a defective, damaged, or different item from the one ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that a suitable solution can be offered to you.
